I am closing down my account due to depositing a check yesterday that was not from a us bank account and The teller informed us part of the money would come through next day (not a big deal). Here we are next day and no money. We called 3 times and had to hang up since we were on hold so long. Finally, we got to a teller who (was rude) and told us we had to wait 5 buisness days to get the money. Had we known that, we would have deposited to a different account. This branch has been amazing to me, specifically Chad, their manager. Thank you!
One of the tellers, Mary Bell, is super rude and doesn't ever listen to what customers have to say. She interrupts you before you've finished talking. Treats people as though they are stupid and that she is better than they are. NOT impressed. I went in to get some help with my account. She didn't listen to the problem, kept jumping to conclusions of what I had to say. NEVER let me finish or explain my problem completely. Very frustrating. I avoid that branch unless I have to take my change in. :(
