We needed to make some changes to our accounts. Amy was amazing! She made everything so easy and was very personable and professional. We have banked with US Bank for many years and our experience today just reinforced why we stay with them.
Only branch in coeur d'alene that is any good. The branch manager is the best in west. She took very good care of me when i was opening up my account. Even with the problems that I had with my phone and not being so up to date on technology. P.S. ONLY GO TO THIS BRANCH!!!

US Bank is a terrible bank. Amongst the many issues that this bank has, they never answer the phone. So I'm forced to deal with their totally inadequate automated phone system which eventually routes me to some central call center which generally provides mediocre service at best.
