Refused to do service with my wife because the teller (who I cant name) was to lazy to do a cash advance off of a us bank reliacard in which we are told that they can do it.
Always slow service and the staff always seem to have problems completing things and have to call somewhere to get issues resolved.
$7 fee to cash a check drawn on a US bank account. Ridiculous.
I’ve been their customer over 10 years. One time I deposited $2500 and they put $250 on my account. Later I went to there to fix but no one seems to be sorry for it. Recently i opened student account for my son and ordered debit card and asked to correct address too. My son waited over a week he didn’t receive it and called to us bank customer service center and the lady said local branch didn’t order your debit card.
