Friendly bank tellers, Jess Miller is an angel. Always willing to guide me to my goals and to let me know what makes sense. Willing to go find the answer of she doesn't have one right away. Positive atmosphere everyone is really nice!
U.S. Bank and Zelle. Yesterday U.S. Bank via Zelle stole $1700 from my account. The money was immediately withdrawn from my account, and yet the recipient never received payment. This is a recurring payment to the same person each month, and there has never been a problem. Zelle is an immediate transfer mechanism, or why would one use the service. I would give a 0 if possible. US Bank only became my bank when they purchased my account from State Farm. My guess is they didn't want my account bc they got $0 funds from my account as it was grandfathered in, but it's still unclear. My account was locked with no info available, I had to speak to several departments but no one had a reason why. I was told that a letter was GETTING mailed.
