What a wonderful experience from the moment I walked in. Seth greeted me from afar and was so helpful. I had the privilege of meeting Jess to open my new account. She was so sweet, professional and a great conversationalist. Jonathan was there to help answer any questions. I felt so welcomed and look forward to using this branch more often.
This is the worst US Bank branch. I have been with US Bank for years and never had so many problems until I started using this branch. Not only will the ATM eat your cash but US Bank won't credit your account for 10 plus business days. Also if you want to use the drive-thru you have to deal with tellers with bad attitudes. Oh and God forbid it's raining or snowing because there's no weather cover over the teller window. The manager Jonathon and his employee set g are amazing. There is a gal who works at this location who might need some extra training. She is very nice until you ask a question she might not know the answer to. I will recommend those location to anyone in north Idaho area. Seth is amazing to work with and Jonathon is very informative.
