U.S. Bank and Zelle. Yesterday U.S. Bank via Zelle stole $1700 from my account. The money was immediately withdrawn from my account, and yet the recipient never received payment. This is a recurring payment to the same person each month, and there has never been a problem. Zelle is an immediate transfer mechanism, or why would one use the service. I would give a 0 if possible. US Bank only became my bank when they purchased my account from State Farm. My guess is they didn't want my account bc they got $0 funds from my account as it was grandfathered in, but it's still unclear. My account was locked with no info available, I had to speak to several departments but no one had a reason why. I was told that a letter was GETTING mailed.
