Been a customer for over 20 years. In the last year the Aurora branch has declined. Today I waited 17 minutes at the window. I have to do teller window with my car because I have a handicapped son. They were polite and exlpained they were in were training.
They are so slow to process and too rude in window.
I use U.S. Bank for my checking, savings, and two credit cards. I like their no annual fee Cash Plus credit card because I can choose two categories like cell phones or home utilities to earn 5% cash back. When I redeem points on their Flex Perks card, I don't get charged airport or airline fees. You can also use points to pay for the annual fee. I can find a branch in most neighborhoods and cities.
