This review is for Mel. Although Mel was working at the teller booth, it’s clear that her commitment goes far beyond that role. I had been visiting several U.S. Bank branches and speaking with multiple associates while trying to obtain a couple of important documents related to my account, but unfortunately I wasn’t able to make any progress. This location of USBank is a good one. What I have issue with the services at the 800 number. They have promised me a CD. certificate since Nov 2. I have called after 2 weeks of time, each time Im promised that I will get my certificate. What a jjoke.

I made a payment of august 19th 2025 teller name Doug Soung somehow he make a big mistake he put it to different account this mistake he made it didnt fix it until now thats why my acct saying late due !!! Almost what two weeks still not fix !!! Im very disappointed!!! Hope branch manager do something about this !!!! Need u more training to this teller Doug Soung to be careful and make sure he read it before sending or entering numbers !!!!! And now I cant even use my usbank credit card this very disappointing!!!!

I went to this location to withdraw my money because my account was on hold. Spoke to Fraud department they said to go to any brach and take my money out. But that's not the case the manager at this location didn't let me. I think he flat decriminate me! Even there's a note on my account. Also I want to change my $20 dollar bill to $100 bill he refused and stated that they don't have $100 dollar bill. What kind of bank is that? The worst customer services i ever gotten in my life!!!!

Juan Carlo Dulos was very nice, he completed the signing of my mortgage documents which we won't get into. The .5 percent I save over other lenders is up for debate considering the headaches to get to signing. Then Juan Dulos suggests applying for a credit card since they already pulled my credit. I had a fair amount of cc debt so I didn't want to apply for another card. He reinforms me they will not be pulling another credit report and I'm basically pre-approved.
