Do not go to the bank tellers they don't check the money properly. I was there on Tuesday the 10th and the teller gave me $100 dollar bill that is fake. Who would think to check their bills? Especially coming from a financial institution? It was convenient for them because the following day was veterans day. I contacted the Roseville police dept and they couldn't take a report because it was a civil matter. They told me to go to the bank. US Bank (inside the Safeway store at Sunrise & Cirby) went out of their way to make sure everything was set up properly when we recently opened a new account for a family member. There were some complications and they steadfastly worked through them to help us.
The tellers at US Bank inside Safeway are so professional and always try to get us through as quickly as possible without rushing us out. They seem to realize their customers are usually in a time crunch and work efficiently with top notch customer service!
