I had a very upsetting experience at this U.S. Bank branch, specifically with Angelica Garapetian. I came in to simply cash a check and ask a basic question, but instead of receiving help, I was met with a very unprofessional attitude. She raised her voice at me while I was trying to speak and did not show any willingness to assist. I do deposits here 3 times a week for the last 5 years, and always get great service from the regular team Douglas, Suzanne, Gloria and Beronica! You guys always take care of me and do it with a smile. Usually no wait at all weekday afternoons. Huge parking lot, but can be tough to find parking due to so many Tesla chargers. The facility is warm, welcoming and clean with nice plants around the office, great natural light, seating and some upgraded, screens to watch if you are waiting. Dear U.S. Bank Customer Service, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the extremely poor customer service I experienced at your South Pasadena branch. During my recent visit, I was treated very rudely by one of your employees named Beronica Diaz, and the branch manager also displayed an unprofessional attitude. Great service
Over the past 2 years my Girl Scout troop has struggled to get our account working. We have met with 3 other team members at a variety of US Bank branches. After 2 years Douglas H was able to solve ALL of our problems!!!! Even though it was outside of his area, he tirelessly worked to correct the significant number of errors that were originally there. It required a ton of work and we really appreciated it! Thanks to him we are now saving $6.50 (which is 7 boxes of cookie sales) each month. THANK YOU DOUGLAS!!!!!!
