My experience at this bank have been negative since Veronica has stepped in her new role. She’s very strict around her peers just from visually watching . Douglas has been a great new addition to the team as I haven’t seen him before. But having him as a clerk is always great. To add on. Bad customer service, was trying to do an important wire transfer and I specifically called what time is the cut off to do it and they didn’t know. To my surprise it ends at 2:30pm and they didn’t even put my meeting as scheduled.
Absolutely terrible tellers. Snarky, unhelpful, and uncalled for attitude. I will no longer be using this bank.
