Over the past 2 years my Girl Scout troop has struggled to get our account working. We have met with 3 other team members at a variety of US Bank branches. After 2 years Douglas H was able to solve ALL of our problems!!!! Even though it was outside of his area, he tirelessly worked to correct the significant number of errors that were originally there. It required a ton of work and we really appreciated it! Thanks to him we are now saving $6.50 (which is 7 boxes of cookie sales) each month. THANK YOU DOUGLAS!!!!!!
Just want to give a shoutout to Suzanne. Multiple times at her window she’s been very helpful and pleasant.
5/13/25 arrived to make a deposit at 12:15. There were 5 waiting, I was 3rd. Douglas, one of the tellers was helping a customer with her cellphone. Only 2 tellers and people in front of me said they had already been waiting for 10 minutes. At 12:30 it was my turn. I politely suggested to Douglas that perhaps he could have asked the person to step aside in order to help customer's in line. My experience at this bank have been negative since Veronica has stepped in her new role. She’s very strict around her peers just from visually watching . Douglas has been a great new addition to the team as I haven’t seen him before. But having him as a clerk is always great. To add on. Veronica as a clerk was very suspicious to me because I walked in on a random day and on some downtime that she had decide to play with key and somehow got mixed with envelopes and gave me that key that say “DO NOT DUPLICATE” in one of my en... read more
