Had a fraud issue with my account and had to re-open a new one, replace cards and even updated them while I was there. Lexi was very helpful and I would highly recommend her services

I waited 15 minutes at the drive thru on Saturday and no one came to the window. I could see three employees playing around with each other. I left without completing my banking. This is not the first time this has occurred. I will be closing all of my accounts next week.

This branch is terrible! I have had nothing but problems here. My parents have had a safety deposit box at the sherman branch for over 50 years, but had to transfer to this branch when it closed. And had all of their accounts here forever. My parents passed, and the box was transferred to me ( but I have been a signer on it for over 30 years).
