Very nice service
This branch is terrible! I have had nothing but problems here. My parents have had a safety deposit box at the sherman branch for over 50 years, but had to transfer to this branch when it closed. And had all of their accounts here forever. My parents passed, and the box was transferred to me ( but I have been a signer on it for over 30 years). I recently had the pleasure of visiting the US Bank branch in Coeur D'Alene and was blown away by the exceptional service provided by Mrs. Peterson and Mrs. Upchurch. They went above and beyond to assist me with my banking needs and made the entire experience stress-free and overall better. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for their customers is truly admirable. I highly recommend this branch and these amazing employees to anyone in need of top-notch banking services.
I’m gonna go 5 stars for THIS BRANCH ONLY. Ryan helped me out today. I’ve been a customer since 2012. I’ve had very large numbers in my account and very small. Ryan went above and beyond for me today and was very communicative and great at his job. I can’t thank him enough. As for the blonde lady in Spokane valley branch, she has no idea how to do her job at all. Ridiculous. Ryan bravo. Thanks again you’re one hell of a banker.
