Bruce Jones was absolutely awful wanted to talk down on us very disrespectful rude and demeaning. Especially when dealing with something hard in life you definitely don’t wanna go here and have to deal with the rude mannerism from him here when trying to handle things that are important.

Maria was very helpful in helping me open up a new Checking &Saving account. Its been a very long time since I've opened a new account and I felt they were very friendly at this US Bank Branch.
If you are not a customer of their bank they can't even break a $100 bill for you! So you only serve those who are your customers period. To me, that would be a private bank. Not a public bank. If I could give no star's I would!
