My mother passed away last week and we were needing to transfer money to my father to help cover her final expenses. My father tried going to his bank (B of A)in California and they were completely useless and treated him quite poorly. So I decided to try to do this on my end. They were very helpful and even though we arrived just before 5:00 pm we were allowed to complete our business. They were also accommodating enough to have a chair and accessible station ready for my mobility-challenged mother. Thank you!
If u have a hour to 2 hours to wait just to deposit or with draw then come here. Bank should be smooth flowing not a jam up and to boot for over a hour
Everyone here is very professional and goes out of there way to help even with us bank customer service
If you are a blue collar worker this place hates you. They close basic services early and for some reason everytime I need to deposit cash the atm doesn't even work. I need a new bank so bad it hurts.
