I want to recognize the outstanding service I received at another U.S. Bank location yesterday. Ms. Franklin was patient, understanding, and extremely helpful. She took the time to walk through each of my requests carefully and made sure everything was completed properly. I never felt rushed, dismissed, or like I was an inconvenience. Nice people hope this branch stays open all U S Bank does is close branches lately this one is only 30 minutes from my house but if i have to start driving farther than that I'm going to have to change banks and i don't want to
I called us bank online to cancel my autopay. 2 months later they are still charging me. They have told me they cannot compensate the money they have stolen from me. Will never be opening another card through US BANK again…. Funny how they can reply to my review instead of giving me a call back. Perfect proof of this businesses practices .
