All I wanted was cash at noon on a Saturday. $4000 to go buy an older car. The teller would only provide me with $1000. She was concerned she wouldn't have enough cash for the following week! That's pretty needy. Is it 1929 again?

I have been banking with US Bank for four years now went in yesterday to get a small personal loan and I was denied instantly without anyone even taking a look at it if you’re looking for a bank this is not the bank for you. They show no loyalty to their long-term customers And if you’re looking to get any kind of loan through here, your credit score better be better than 700 or they won’t even give you the light of day.
I’ve come here every month for the past 5 years to exchange $20 for 2 rolls of quarters. Today I was just informed I now need an account to do so….. seriously? Luckily other banks do not do this, I only went here since it was the closest bank to me. But now I will never go here again. This bank can go to hell. Forcing me to open an account just to exchange a $20 bill for some quarters is pathetic. I’ll be spreading the word to everyone I know to NOT do business with this bank.
