I recently opened an account at this branch and had one of the most bizarre and unprofessional customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered at a bank. I walked into the branch and, from what I could see, there was nobody there. No tellers visible, no employees at the front, and no customers inside. POV: You walk into a bank and there is literally nobody at the front desk, so you start recording a quick video about the lack of customer service… then out of nowhere a woman materializes and accuses you of “casing a joint” and preparing to rob the bank. 😂 Apparently filming a short clip in an empty lobby now makes you a master criminal. The paranoia is unreal. Some people really wake up every morning searching for a manager to complain to. Absolute Karen behavior.

This place doesn't protect it's customers against fraud. They advertise that they do. Someone and their daughter jumped me and stole my phone. I called to cops that night then the next morning. I then called the bank. $700 was stolen. I will be going to Wells Fargo for now on. The auto bot tells me what to do after I did it. That is the best example of horrible customer service
