Always been disappointed and dissatisfied with the services, I do have account and I go sometimes to get quarters for that only one teller is available and line waiting is more than 15 mins. The staff is slow at work.

I recently opened an account at this branch and had one of the most bizarre and unprofessional customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered at a bank. I walked into the branch and, from what I could see, there was nobody there. No tellers visible, no employees at the front, and no customers inside. POV: You walk into a bank and there is literally nobody at the front desk, so you start recording a quick video about the lack of customer service… then out of nowhere a woman materializes and accuses you of “casing a joint” and preparing to rob the bank. 😂 Apparently filming a short clip in an empty lobby now makes you a master criminal. The paranoia is unreal. Some people really wake up every morning searching for a manager to complain to. Absolute Karen behavior.
