Came to St. Cloud to buy a car and ended up having to get money here and Brat, a bankerstarted asking me questions as where my money came from? I had shown my id and verified with them my account. Very disappointed.
Great bank and staff. I go through the drive up window. Always greeted with a smile and friendly service. U.S Bank is th best bank in my opinion.
My husband and I have been a customer of US bank for many years. We opened a minors account with them with the understanding that our child could NOT overdraft his account. Well he did. I went in to shut the account down but did not have enough to cover the cost that day. I asked if I could come back in a couple of days to make right on the account and was told no problem.
