After 12 years as a loyal customer, I closed my account today due to an experience that was both unprofessional and deeply concerning. A bank teller searched my business on the Secretary of State database without asking my permission, then used that information to impose requirements that were never applied to me before and that I have never seen applied consistently to other customers. Lady on the phone helping me at 9AM on 3/31/2026 was acting as if helping me ruined her morning. A simple question and she’s huffing and puffing. Very uncomfortable encounter.
Us bank didn't do as the advertised. Someone stole my phone and did cash app transactions. I told the police and the bank. The bank didn't give me my money back. Auto bot tells me what to do. Clearly didn't read the review. The best example of the customer service being absolutely horrible. Thanks usbank
