It was like banking in a small town again.
Terrible service with U.S. Bank Focus Card. Wad told this morning it would be 7 to 10 days for a card. Poor customer service and terrible listening skills from the representative.
The service for the U.S. Bank Focus Card is terrible when calling the phone number to talk to a representative. I am not able to get to my online account at usbankfocus.com for almost 5 days. Tried calling the phone number on the back of the card. Still no help. When trying to reset my password, it says there is a problem on their end to try again later or call the customer service phone number. Terrible service.
