Benjamin, the banker here, provided an exceptionally poor customer service experience. He was unhelpful, dismissive, and difficult to work with throughout the process. It is honestly surprising that someone with such a lack of customer service skills remains in a customer-facing position. Overall, I found this institution to be unprofessional, unhelpful, and extremely disappointing.
ATM doesn't work for me half the time, and the ATM in Sartell MN, is in a ridiculous place. Plus when I called headquarters, I was very rudely told to drive to a different ATM!
After 12 years as a loyal customer, I closed my account today due to an experience that was both unprofessional and deeply concerning. A bank teller searched my business on the Secretary of State database without asking my permission, then used that information to impose requirements that were never applied to me before and that I have never seen applied consistently to other customers.
