I am an Immunocompromised patient. I need most of my banking to be done virtually. I had requested an online appointment for adding a family member to my online account. The branch called and even though they have all our ID and personal information, they refused to honor ADA accommodations and insisted that this needed to be done in person. Very kind bank tellers, keep it up
Benjamin, the banker here, provided an exceptionally poor customer service experience. He was unhelpful, dismissive, and difficult to work with throughout the process. It is honestly surprising that someone with such a lack of customer service skills remains in a customer-facing position. Overall, I found this institution to be unprofessional, unhelpful, and extremely disappointing.
