Yo why is the service so rude?!
Came here to open a account, after spending nearly an hour with the teller my account is open but she failed to tell me I’m not getting a temporary card, I will have to wait a week for the real card LOL , also that I’m unable to make cash deposits , I went to another branch and they resolved all my issues and concerns , if you can stay away from this location, customer service skills are poor of the two lady’s here one is the manager another the teller .
I used to like going to this Branch because it's so close to me. The new branch manager and the two gentlemen have always been really professional however the other two girl employees seem very lazy and unwilling to help, when they were so nice at one point. I called several times in the morning just to be put on hold for so long i had no choice but to hang up. I walked in one day, stood in line and watch them do that to someone who called.
