I Agree with John and Mitchel, These people are rude and fake idiots. I write a check from this bank from my account to a friend of mine and they charged her \$7.00 to cash the check because she did not have an account with this bank. To say the least I closed this account! What Morons!

I use this branch several times a week with wonderful results. The drive through tellers are expedient, accurate, and friendly. They even know my dog by name. This is my favorite branch of US Bank.
Rude customer service! Important details are left out by incompetent employees when you open an account. Then they charge you daily if the head boss is out of town because hes the only one with authority to fix a problem. But he doesnt call you back and just blows you off. Why did I ever open an account at this bank? Thanks for ruining my chance to attend school this semester. (long story but the bottom line is I cant get direct deposit through another bank because I cant open an account)
