I've been a US Bank customer for 20+ years and the staff at this branch office are the best of any bank I've worked with. Also the bank was recently remodeled and the atmosphere is very warm and welcoming.

This branch called me.. however it was the “fraud department” saying there were suspicious activity and charges coming from TX for $2500. And he could only verify the first 6 digits of my card that was “used” for this “attempted transaction”. I told him the first 6 digits are the same on all the cards and he was intact the fraud person and I would not be giving him my information and that I would be reporting him.
