This branch called me.. however it was the “fraud department” saying there were suspicious activity and charges coming from TX for $2500. And he could only verify the first 6 digits of my card that was “used” for this “attempted transaction”. I told him the first 6 digits are the same on all the cards and he was intact the fraud person and I would not be giving him my information and that I would be reporting him. I've been here once before and it was ok. Today, there are no tellers and 2 bankers working with people. 5 people are standing in the lobby wondering wth. I left. Awful customer service.
