I've been with U.S. Bank for a long time. This branch doesn't serve its customers very well. I needed a slight increase to my mobile deposit limit, because I'm traveling, and was refused for no reason at all. Furthermore, they made me wait 10 days regarding this decision; a massive waste of time over one check. So much for being a loyal, easy to deal with customer.
