They allowed me to open an account with a check from pension for $2700.00 that was to have a 5 day hold to clear. They told me I qualified for a credit card which I declined... the very next morning I went to use my temp debit card as they told me the first $200 would be available immediately... the account was closed but they wouldn't tell me why... I felt compelled to leave this review because the others who have left reviews don't seem to understand that they are leaving reviews for the bank NOT King Soopers. SO- I love this branch! Can be busy at times but they never fail to deliver. They knew us by name and face. Always helpful and understanding. Especially Janae and Chandra. They were always about what they could do, not what they couldn't do. We moved out of state last year and we miss this branch DESPARATELY!
