VERY DISAPPOINTED in the service I recieved today. I work for a company that had an account with US Bank, so I frequent different stores often. This was my first time at this particular branch. I stopped into make a deposit for my job. I was not greeted. There were two African American men, both of whom seemed disinterested in helping me. There were no name tags for me to mention their names unfortunately. I stood for 6 or 7 minutes ( no one else in line ) only to be greeted with a glare as if I were disturbing the gentlemen... read more
