US bank is a complete scam of a corporation. They closed my account with a balance after I tried to pay it in person and on the app. All payments reversed and zero communication with me about how to fix. Did not even tell me the account closed. Branch managers have zero authority at all. Couldn’t tell me why my account closed without calling a number that led to another unending wait.
