I banked at this branch for over 35 years and I have never ever had any problems with any bank tellers or Managers. Once after making a withdrawal, later that night , I noticed I was short $20.00. I called the bank and left a message. Next morning Sharron contacted me and I realized I had givin it to my husband for something. I've banked at this branch for a looking time. Always pleasant and usually fast. I'm a simple man with simple finances. Good customer service from many tellers over several years.
I actually bank at a credit union, but I had a client write me out a check, and I was right across the street from this bank, and my credit union was a fair distance, so I went to just cash the check. They said that because I didn't have an account there, it would cost me seven dollars for them to cash it. What?!? If that's not highway robbery, I am not sure what is. I guess I am just lucky they didn't charge me fifteen dollars just to tell me that! I took the check back and drive to my credit union.
2 lanes closed. Other two lanes were moving very slow. When I did get up to my turn, it took a long time for them to even get to me. Then when they did, the deposit took a long time also. Very slow going here! I excpect that in a busy bank, but there wasn't anyone inside.
