Worst bank in history. I strongly urge everyone NOT to bank here - not just this branch but ANY of them. Do not put your money in this bank. You will regret it. I’ve deposited hundreds of checks though the mobile check depositing feature, and been a customer for 13 years. They randomly decided to hold my $1600 check for 7 days with no reasonable explanation. very cool...competent... and friendly people there esp Jacob is very friendly guy and the female Mgr very competent folks....my only complaint is why USbank closed 3 offices in the city now I have to drive an hour round trip to do simple bank deposits....C'mon USBank...you can afford to open atleast one bank in the city....its the only bank between downtown columbus and Galloway....thats like 20 miles..!~!@
