Always staffed by pathetic lossers who I'd fire in heartbeat where's corporate. Took two years to pay me after closing my account due to your mistake. Seems like they do this a lot so that they can do this at scale ripping off likely millions to 100s of millions. Someone should start a class action.
I have 4 accounts at this branch at USBank. I agree with another reviewer that Daniel Benson was exceptional, but no longer there. The good news: Josefa cano (bilingual) is! I had a complex problem to tackle and she handled it with warmth, care and ease. What a pleasure one rarely finds o this level anywhere. The hours here are fabulous. I am picky about everything. I expect exceptional service, because that is the standard in my business. She went above and beyind. Welcome Josefa. Please keep her forever. Carol
I’m trying to reach the bank by phone and it disconnected me. Not Happy
I was able to deposit my $6500 paycheck without any issues and money went through at 3 am the next day. Even on a Saturday it was fairly quickly.
