Greg Connel helped me open a new acct today and made it so easy. He was professional - fun and told me ab the app and help Me navigate some paperwork as well. Much appreciated - I haven’t opened a new acct in years.
It’s not about this branch specifically but I don’t know where else to write this review. I’ve been banking here for 10 years and I am completely fed up with the customer service. I requested a new card two weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived. Called the support number three times and it’s literally IMPOSSIBLE to speak to a human. The robot is useless and will not connect me to a human no matter what I say. I’ll be moving all my funds to Key Bank now!!
Absolutely horrible Bank. Apparently they are allowed to steal money from you that you don’t have and then penalize you with overdraft charges due to your account going negative because they allowed money that you didn’t have to be taken from you against you explicitly asking for this to not be allowed to happen AGAIN! I've been with US Bank for decades. And I've done business with the Howes branch many times for the last 15 years. And it's always been great until the last year, when they apparently stopped answering phones there. Outgoing message literally says they won't answer phones and you have to do things online. In order to speak to the account manager there, I need to call the 800 number, convince them to call the branch and ask that the person I need to speak to calls me.
