This branch was the worse US Bank Beanch I have ever visited. Lo bby not open as posted and drive-up took 20 min with o e other customer present and mid-handled my funds.
The staff at this location have always been prompt and courteous when I have stopped during business hours. 2 main issues I had outside of business hours is 1) I only use my ATM at this location to deposit checks after business hours. I never use debit anywhere else and twice my debit card has been compromised at this ATM location. 2) I will not go here after hours due to all the homeless sleeping under the drive through.
Lobby is closed 90% of the days, and the ATM outside is inaccessible after hours due to their broken card entry system. Get it together Longmont US Banks! Basically the same issue at the other branch on Coffman, in which their ATM isn't available outside of working hours.
Customer service was really bad at this specific bank. Especially the ladys who speak both Spanish and English. They have a job at the bank to help people but they always try to do the complete opposite, I called because the women who helped me with my cash made an error and while I was calling she was trying to switch up my story and she said she saw everything that happened when in reality she only said that to get the call over with.
