Adam was helpful and very friendly.
My US Bank card was declined today in the middle of booking flights. It worked to get the first direction but then failed on the return. When I called, I got stuck with a horrible robot answering system that turned into a never-ending loop. There seems to be no way to reach a human. What's the point of having a card if you can't rely on it to work or on a person to fix the issue!
