Awful experience with the teller that did not know how to send a wire so she called me to come back multiple times until she did it correctly (after wasting two hours of my work day)!!!!
Unfortunately, inept staff there. Double check all information given to you, even ask for info in writing if possible.
trying to speak to a person in customer service waited for 41 min, hung up, later waited 2 hours 35 min before I gave up! Who would ever open an account here?!
