I recently started a new business and I needed a bank that I could trust. One of my business friends recommended Julian at US Bank. I'm so glad he did because I've had a great experience. Julian is a delight to work with. He's knowledgable and resourceful, always professional, and has a great, cheerful attitude. He's been a great resource for business needs and I know I can trust him. I would recommend Julian to any one of my friends or business associates.
They are very friendly and quick. I love that they are quick. Only downside is that they ALWAYS try and sell me something. I own a business and I hate that I get all the phone calls trying to get me to switch something over so to go to the bank and get the same thing is frustrating but other then that it’s great.
I have always been treated so great by the people at this branch. I was considering closing my account because I had been treated rude at another branch but these people have gone above and beyond. My husband died 14 months ago and I was having trouble getting my affairs in order. This branch walked me through it and they have been such a great help since.
