I went to the drive through around 3:30pm and waiting there forever just to be told they were busy and I could wait a half hour to with withdrawal money or come back later. There were a few cars in the parking lot, but no one in the drive through.
Fernando is an absolute stud! I fell victim to a scam and he was so patient, helpful, and efficient when getting it resolved. Amazing customer service from him, he deserves a raise!! Helped me figure everything out and got me situated, had me laughing during a very stressful situation. Thank you Fernando!!
Joel needs to be train for customers service

Older Latina lady has such a bad attitude! She gave me one receipt for two checks, I asked for separate receipts and she audibly “ugh-ed” and told me to send the receipt back, which I did. 5 minutes later she sent 20 blank deposit forms through the tunnel and told me to do it myself. Such a rude lady and a horrible customer service experience. Will never go to this bank again.
