Drive-Thru 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. - It would be nice for people that work every day to be able to go to the bank on their way to or from work. These Drive-Thru hours are not customer oriented. Yes, a person could go on Saturday. However, for people that work during the week - it's just another thing that they have to make time for on on the weekend. How about one day a week, opening early or staying open later. That seem reasonable. Doesn't it?
Save yourself the hassle and the headache. Do not bank with us bank period. They love to cause you inconvenience and love to waste your time. My family and I had so many accounts with them and everyone closed their accounts but me and now I’m on my way to do so. You’ll be waiting for hours for someone to pick up the phone to help you when you call and when they finally do .. THEY HAVE NO IDEA what they’re talking about at all.
