In september 07 my loan cloased with this bank for my vehicle... since september I have been calling every week trying to get my title. I have been hung up on, addressed in a rude manner, and not treated well all around. Finally 4 and a half months after my loan has closed I finally got the paperwork needed to get my title so that I may sell the vehicle, though the buyer I had lined up for it now has found something else in the mean time.
