It's not just the branch, US Bank is not a good bank. I recommend you take your money to a different bank all together. I have made it my mission to let people know this bank is terrible.
The staff is nice and works hard to help.
The waits are long and they are average at basically all aspects of banking. While the whole world is paying high interest rates US Bank if using your money to loan and not paying any interest on your balances. Switch to an online bank or remember USBank treats you bad because they don’t think we will leave. I’m leaving.
