Stole my money and won’t tell me when they’re returning it!
Retro bank experience, and not in a good way. Had two subpar in person customer experiences, and then they never offered their sign on bonus. Had multiple conversations in which they promised to look into it and they always ghosted me.
Customer rep was very helpful and friendly!
After 19 years I will be closing all my accounts. Their atm is malfunctioning and stole $80 from me. Went inside and they admitted they knew it was malfunctioning and continued to allow their customers to use it. Tried to blame a third party for the atm. It says US bank on the atm and it is on your property. You are responsible for it and should do right by your customers. Was treated like a ping pong ball.
