Today I withdrew money and Michelle helped me.
This bank has kept my state income tax check on hold for 12 days now. They stated they would deposit it on the 9th. When I called they stated oh it will be available 10 PM tonight. I called again they said oh it will be available the 10th. See photos attached regarding the laws.
Came into the bank with a bit of a unique situation and the teller up front was not willing to help walk me through it. Staff here are at varying levels of knowledge when it comes to procedures and are vocal about it, which was quite confusing and disheartening as a customer. Left in tears, and will be closing my accounts here after this interaction. Avoid this location, and this bank if possible.
Stole my money and won’t tell me when they’re returning it!
