Customer Service HORRIBLE! 3 months and no still no resolution to getting online access to my account. Constantly put on hold. Constantly transferred to others. Disconnections and sending me back to the phone tree. Just today... talked to a total of nine reps and managers. Includes a trip to the bank on Homestead almost an hour with the branch manager. No resolution. Told to contact the customer service line again. Now have to wait another week to MAYBE get this resolved. My account may not be that important to US BANK. But ... read more
