I told them to freeze my account serveral times during Covid. I haven't used the account in 4 months and everyday I wake up with an email $36 charge from an overdraft attempted. This is a prime example of predatory banking. If you are considering banking here I absolutely warn you to not. I even convinced my bosses to close thier Multi Million dollar business account. I won't be back til they make things right.

Y'all got it wrong...I have never been a fan of any bank, per se, my financial institution-by choice- has always been with a credit union! With banks, there are way too many fees, yards yards yada...HOWEVER, I will admit that U.S. Bank has been on the forefront of good banking institutions, in my humble opinion. I have had to deal with them on one or more occasions with my employments over the years.
