Great Bank for local people..Outstanding Bankers and never any wait.
I love US Bank, but this branch in particular stands out above any bank I've ever been in. The branch manager here is THE MAN. On top of being super personable, he's the most helpful banker I've ever come across. He is, from all of my experiences with him, truly there to help and look out for YOU. 10/10 solid dude. Tellers are very kind and patient. Convenient and secure ATM machine, and who needs to go to the bank on the weekends anyway?
This is not a real bank don’t ever trust them with your money. If you try to take out more than about $1000 at once they will put you through hell and make you wait weeks to get your money. ATMs are always out of service, website goes down a lot, and customer service is the worst. They will cancel your credit cards and send new ones periodically without notifying you.
