I've driven from Colorado Springs 3 times to get my $401 their atm ate. I've been coordinating with my bank for about 23 days with no luck and after asking this US Bank branch to help me, they said they'd make an appointment with me the next day to help me navigate the situation. To my dismay, after taking off work and driving 2 ½ hours, they told me there is no one to help me and that they'd call me another time if I'm still having problems. Just came into US bank branch to open a account and Sam told me they are not comfortable taking the risk because I told them I wanted to become their primary customer!!!!! Erin Weir stated I couldn't open a account because of the size of a client!!!!!!! What the heck I never have heard such a absurd reason to not open the account!!!!!!
