I told them to freeze my account serveral times during Covid. I haven't used the account in 4 months and everyday I wake up with an email $36 charge from an overdraft attempted. This is a prime example of predatory banking. If you are considering banking here I absolutely warn you to not. I even convinced my bosses to close thier Multi Million dollar business account. I won't be back til they make things right.

I do had all the Direct Deposit within 60 days, and they told me that they did not remember if there is an offer like that. First time I did not receive a bonus because they act like not knowing the $200 bonus. If you look for a cash bonus, please DO NOT go to this branch because they always have excuse.
