New to this area. And just having a two person counter they were very thoughtful on helping each person. Me being third in line they made sure that I was welcomed and would be right with me. Very nice to each and thoughtful to each of us. She found a spelling error to my name with in your system and checking my Id information made the correction and at the same time made me laugh.
Outstanding employees and outstanding service.
Service isn't good enough especially the one lady .
This branch is very customer service friendly. All the employees are very nice and helpful, been with US Bank for 10 plus years and I am grateful for all the help and services.
Have banked here for years. There are some new employees who rate a 5 star review. Very helpful and made sure I understood everything we did before I left. Mine was an involved and multi account transaction; they never rushed me and made me feel welcome and valued.
