The branch manager was racist, impatient and very poor customer service. She closed my account under some “Suspicious Transactions” reason without letting me know. I have reported her poorly service the US bank customer service. I have also contacted KCTV5 and Fox 4 for the racist language to me. I hope somebody will stand out and give her some education how to treat their customers!!! US Bank is permanently banned on my bank list and Strongly recommended not to go with them. Sincerely!
