Waiting in drive through for 15 minutes while no one in the bank lobby and 2 tellers acting like they are busy . Several people drove off.
Employees cant show up on time. Lobby not open at 9 am due to there not being two employees on site. What a joke. Then once the second employee finally shows up neither one of them could open the vault. Total incompetence!!!
Nothing more than a circus full of incompetent clowns. I applied for a home equity loan online, didn’t get contacted by a human being for an entire week, I called three people and left voicemails and never heard back from any one of them, finally reached out to a Scott Stodard who told me that he would assign the loan app to someone locally and never heard back from either. US Bank is a complete failure, and a pathetic excuse for a financial institution.
Mr. Jordan Frkovich, an excellent manager at US Bank, met all my expectations during my recent visit to open a new account there. I haven't had a better experience at any bank in the area where I hold accounts for a long time. The entire US Bank team was courteous, pleasant, and compassionate, and they provided outstanding customer service.
