Highly upset. Not only did I have to pull my unwell elderly father out of the nursing home and drive him to a branch because this horrible bank refuses to help us over the phone. Well it turns out they closed the branch in our city so we drive an hour to get to this branch. Good customer service but really busy now that they’ve shut down other branches.
We have been a regular customer at this Meijer branch of U.S. Bank for more than two decades, with multiple accounts and always have positive experience at this location. However, during the most recent visit, we had the first uncomfortable experience at this Meijer branch. We had an issue with one account. After working with the teller, we asked to talk to the manager. The branch manager was right beside the teller (we did not know she was the new manager while talking with the teller).
