Highly upset. Not only did I have to pull my unwell elderly father out of the nursing home and drive him to a branch because this horrible bank refuses to help us over the phone. Well it turns out they closed the branch in our city so we drive an hour to get to this branch. Go through the difficult task of getting my dad’s wheelchair and him out of the car, only to get in there and have them tell us they don’t have time to help us.
