KC and the manager the one in the wheelchair at the branch are completely unprofessional. They don't know how to do their job they are incompetent and completely rude especially dealing with an estate matter I had just lost my parents and they were still rude throughout the whole process I ended up going to a different branch but they need to be reported to the better Business bureau and they need to be fired. Needed to resolve a complex issue re the transfer of funds from an out-of-state bank. Outstanding support from the mortgage manager at this branch, even though it wasn't a mortgage issue, then additional outstanding support by the teller who guided me in executing the transfer quickly and effectively. In this instance, the service by both could not have been better.
Always have a good banking experience here. They are competent, and quick. Very important if you are running a business!
Drive-through is been closed for many years!!! This bank needs multiple drive thru ATM’s sometimes lines are long and an extra atm would help this location!!!
