I visited the bank today for notary services and had a very poor experience. The notary is under experienced and doesn't know what she was talking and refused to notarize. She re-directed to talk to her manager who did not even pay attention to me / my matter and asked to schedule an appointment later to discuss. This is such a horrible experience in my relationship with US bank for 12+ years.
Wow. I never thought trying to give a bank my money would be so hard. We had a virtual appointment with (we will call her “D”) at the 60 S Meachum road/Schaumburg branch on June 18th. We were to be called back by D to finalize some things on June 21st. Never heard from her.
