9 mos ago that happened, not a single response from them. Last week I switched my savings from getting .05% interest to supposedly 3% but I'm only getting 2.4% cuz I don't have a special checking account. They refuse to give full info!! Been loyal customers for over 30 yrs and at this branch today ATM failed to give us the cash, but removed it from our account. There were 5 cars behind our car so we couldn't get all info off ATM so went inside. Teller was condescending and rude, and then mgr chimed in very rudely protecting ... read more
Awful place for a small business. I got turned down for a business with an above average credit score. The reason I was denied was for one late payment in the last 5 years. Sorry I was busy building a business while my wife was in school full time and I was 30 days late on a payment. I do not recommend U.S. Bank for a small business. It's amazing how you're supposed to have perfect credit to get anything but how can you have perfect credit if youre building a business. Thanks U.S. Bank, I'll find another way!
