Do not use US bank.They have frozen my account for months because O made 4 deposits in 1 month totalling $500.They said multiple deposits in a month are not allowed so they froze my account for 3 months all money.After I got it unfrozen I would just kept minimal money in just for the monthly fee.I just went to put money in as I tried to but atms were down all last week.They closed my account as the $9 fee was not deposited.My wife and I opened our account 12 years ago.She is now paralyzed unable to go in or open accounts .Th... read more
An additional teller came forward and offered to help me because there was a line. She was very pleasant, smiling and efficient. What else could you want from a teller?
I scheduled an appointment for a new account Two weeks prior. When I called banker to confirm an appointment. Manger or teller keep hanging up my phone and they finally answered and said my appointment got canceled because manager have to leave early for some reason. Very poor customer service. I would not recommend this bank. Very unpleasant experience. I rather give my business to another reputable bank.
