Went to West Dundee branch they were unable to help so I came to Elgin took care of my problem without needing an appointment. Tuwan took good care of us and the whole branch was extremely friendly even though it was packed I never felt rushed whatsoever. This branch has never failed me. I will continue to travel our of my way to go to this branch
I usually go to the branch I side of Meijer in Elgin, Il. There is a teller there, Amanda who is EXCELLENT. She really cares about the customers. I cannot say enough about how great she is. I went to the US Bank in Meijers in Geneva and the gentleman that helped me was also Wonderful. Some tellers are just nice, but some really show they care.
