Good customer service 👍🏾
I use both Winnebago and Freeport branch drive thru and both take a long time to be waited on. It seems as though both only have 1 bank teller working most of the time. The Freeport branch resently took 20mins. of me waiting in the line to address my deposit. I watched 2 other customers come and go before being waited on which was very frustrating. The banks obviously need more tellers so the drive thru can be more convienent and faster than going inside.
Beautiful morning and a friendly, helpful staff - great way to start a day. I just spoke with Harmony. She was concerned that I might have been a victim of a scam, and so called me to check on me. Very thoughtful - and great customer service.
