Before today, I have never had an experience in bank that was extremely positive - usually the best case scenario is that the visit is not noteworthy. I had needed cash today, so I stopped into this branch for a quick withdrawal. I was greeted immediately and asked what I needed or if I need any help. The teller that helped me was apparently the branch manager. She was one of the most friendly people I have ever dealt with. Like ever.
